Dr. Joni Sago, MD
Dr. Joni Sago has been caring for patients in the Tri-Cities for over 22 years. A graduate of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine with residency training at Duke University Hospital, she specialized in internal medicine and dermatology—a unique combination that gives her a deeper understanding of how skin health connects to overall health.
After decades in traditional practice, she gained a deep understanding of what patients needed most: clear answers, respectful listening, and care that feels personal rather than rushed. She founded SkinWise to create a practice centered on thoughtful care, meaningful conversations, and patient understanding.
