Fees are based on the nature and complexity of your visit. Give us a call, and our team will recommend the appropriate care.

Payment at Visit

We accept cash, credit cards, HSA, and FSA. Payment is due at the time of service. No hidden fees, no billing surprises.

Treatment Included

Medical dermatology visits include freezing of discussed lesion(s) as well as one medically necessary biopsy.

Consultation Required: All cosmetic procedures require an initial consultation to discuss your goals, review options, and provide accurate pricing. The consultation fee is credited toward your first treatment.

Managing acne usually means regular check-ins, but not every visit needs a trip to the office. That’s why we offer acne care by video. Meet with your provider from home, review how your skin is responding, and adjust your plan as you go.

An intimate, dermatologist-led skincare conversation covering everything from sunscreen myths to product ingredients. Bring your questions, your favorite products, and a curious mind.

Attendance Policy: Out of respect for our patients, we do not double book appointments. Missed appointments are a hardship for our small business. If you cancel 3 appointments within 24 hours, you will be subject to a $100 fee as we did not have a chance to take care of another patient.

How to Pay

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept multiple payment methods to make your visit as convenient as possible.

Cash or Check

Traditional payment methods are particularly welcome; it saves us credit card processing fees.

HSA & FSA Cards

Medical dermatology services qualify for HSA and FSA spending.

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover and do not pass along the credit card fees at this time.

Insurance Note

Your insurance may still be used for prescriptions, labs, and biopsies/excisions. We will coordinate care with insurance-based practices if necessary.

You can still use your insurance for:

Prescription medications at your pharmacy
Pathology lab work (billed separately)
Blood tests or imaging (if needed)
